23' x 40' x 10' Clear Span Metal Building
This custom 23′ x 40′ x 10′ clear span metal building in Montgomery, Texas was constructed to replace an existing barn that had been destroyed by fire. The project began with demolition and removal of the damaged structure, allowing the new building to be constructed on the existing concrete slab. Built with a heavy-duty red iron framework, the clear span design provides a spacious, column-free interior ideal for a workshop, garage, equipment storage, or general-purpose use. The attached 7′ x 40′ lean-to adds additional covered space for storage, equipment, or outdoor work areas.
Finished with durable 26-gauge SMP metal wall panels and matching trim in Burnished Slate, complemented by a contrasting Galvalume roof, this custom metal building combines quality construction with a clean, traditional appearance. The 3′ limestone wainscot and cedar-wrapped posts add natural texture and architectural character, creating a distinctive exterior that complements the steel construction. With its open interior layout, integrated lean-to, and durable materials, this replacement metal building provides a practical, long-lasting solution tailored to the customer’s needs.
