What types of buildings do you construct?
Do you offer financing?
Weld-up or bolt-up steel building?
Weld-Up steel buildings are welded and fabricated at the job site. The steel is ordered locally, and each piece is measured, cut, and welded by one of MWS’s crew members. The team then assembles and welds the pieces to create a custom steel building at your desired location.
Bolt-up steel or pre-engineered building plans are drafted by professional building designers and engineers who adhere to local building codes, permitting, and load requirements. Skilled fabricators and welders manufacture every building piece to exact engineering drawings and specifications. Each material, column, purlin, rafter, and girt is precisely cut, welded, punched, and labeled in a highly quality-controlled fabrication facility. The material is delivered to your designated location, and our team assembles the metal buildings.
